All sales final - Custom orders

Because of every order it's a personalized product, we don't accept refunds or returns once your order has been approved by you.

Quality and Replacement 

We offer high quality products made with high quality materials. As an artist, business and vendor we know that we want to offer to others the best possible work since that's our imagery to the world.
If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us clear photos that can show the issue or concern. If the issue it's confirmed in our end, we will remake the stickers for you.

Consider:

  • Refunds or returns are not accepted if our product doesn't match other manufactures.
    - Every order it's made according to your specifications: size, color, material finishing and final illustration provided to us. If we something we can improve or so, we will point that on on proofing before printing. 
    We won't reprint or refund because of customer mistake or last-minute cancellation.
  • Important


    - Defective items must be reported directly to us within 48 hours of delivery time.
    - All defective itmes must be returned to us before a reprint it's confirmed.
    - We could cover return shipping and provide a shipping label if eligible.
    - Any replacement order would done and shipped within 5-10 days once confirmation issued.

Return process

If your request it's approved we will send you instructions about returning your items and a shipping label (if necessary). Items must be approved before returning, not approved items can't be accepted.
